Academy Registration

We are a licensed Child Care program, check with your tax advisor for a possible tax write off.

Please submit the following registration for each child you are registering. Take note, that you may deduct $25 from each session for additional children registered.

You may either fill out, print and mail this form with your check or you may hit the submit button at the bottom and mail in the check separately.
We also accept CREDIT CARDS and PAYPAL, simply click on the pay buy credit button at the bottom of the registration and we will email you an invoice with your total cost, you will then click on the appropriate paypal button and complete the payment. There will be a 2.9% service fee with each credit card transaction.
A limited number of Partial Scholarships are available, please contact us for more information.
